Poster Guidelines
The poster boards will be set up in the Main Ballroom, where the plenary and splinter sessions will be held. Each poster board can accommodate 4 posters. The maximum poster size is 121,92 cm x 121,92 cm (48 in. x 48 in.). However, portrait-style posters will fit in the space allotted, hanging down past the bottom of the board by approximately 28 cm (11 in.). Poster presenters may put up their posters beginning Sunday evening, 6 October. Posters must be removed first thing Friday morning, 11 October. Push pins and racks will be provided.
Meeting and Workshop Venue
