SIDE MEETING - InterTribal Buffalo Council (ITBC) in the Missouri Basin Region: Drough Resiliency and Preparedness Meeting

Workshop objectives:
  • Create a better understanding of drought impacts, risks, and responses.
  • Develop "hands on" skills and tools to better predict drought conditions and plan for its effects.
  • Assess and share knowledge both techincal and tradional knowledge.  Lessons from presvious and current activities to manage water and prepare for extremes.

Federal attendees:  Please note, UCAR cannot provide meals for Federal employees.  This regulation comes from OMB and OMB circulars and Federal agency regulations.  It is NOT a UCAR regulation but must be followed due to funding terms and conditions.  Therefore, it is requested that Federal employees contribute $12.00 toward each provided meal you attend.  Lunch will be provided both days, so if you are attending both lunches, please enter $24 in the amount due field.  The amount is calculated by using the specific meal portion of M&IE for Rapid City, SD.
