CA-NV DEWS Southern California Drought Outlook

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE 

This workshop will serve three purposes: 1) provide an update on current and forecasted drought & climate conditions 2) showcase current research and tools available to stakeholders to support drought early warning 3) gather feedback from stakeholders on current needs for the CA-NV Drought Early Warning System to help inform the development of the CA-NV DEWS Strategic Plan. This meeting will focus on past, present and/or expected drought impacts in Southern California and will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to interact with other decision makers and information providers in the region.
