GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Green Ride offers one-way and roundtrip service between the airport and the Hyatt Place. Rates are $32 each way.
At the airport, their outbound Shuttles load on Level 5 (Main Level/ Baggage Claim Level), between Doors 507 and 509, Island 5, beneath the “Special Permit” signs. This is on the East (BLUE) side of the Terminal. Door 507 is next to baggage carousels #3. We encourage reservations for our outbound service. If you have a confirmed reservation, you may proceed directly to our loading area. We have a booth located inside the Terminal on Level 5 to provide walk-up ticketing or assist you in any capacity.
FEDERAL MEALS
Federal attendees: A working lunch will be provided both days. Please note, UCAR cannot provide meals for Federal employees. This regulation comes from OMB and OMB circulars and Federal agency regulations. It is NOT a UCAR regulation but must be followed due to funding terms and conditions. Therefore, it is requested that Federal employees contribute $15 towards each lunch. The amount is calculated by using the specific meal portion of M&IE for Boulder, CO.
