MEETING VENUE

The 2018 SWOT Science Team meeting will be held at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Montreal, which is located approximately 13 miles/21 kilometers from Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL), and may be reached by taxi, bus or rental car.

The Meeting plenary sessions will be held in Opus I 

LODGING AND ROOM RESERVATIONS

A block of 40 sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Delta Hotel, and we have negotiated a group rate of 229 CAD per night.

Reservations must be made by May 24th in order to guarantee the group rate.

Attendees will want to fly into and out of Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL), which is located approximately 13 miles/21 kilometers from the Delta Hotel.

MEALS

The registration fee includes a continental breakfast, a mid-morning coffee break, lunch, and an afternoon coffee break each day, as well as one catered poster session.

 

POSTER GUIDELINES

Each Science Team project will be asked to contribute one poster to the poster session.  If your group feels that special circumstances merit contributing more than one poster, please contact Tamlin Pavelsky at pavelsky@unc.edu.  Details of poster dimensions will be posted at a later date.
