The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) serves as a hub for research, education, and public outreach for the atmospheric and related Earth sciences community by managing the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and UCAR Community Programs (UCP).  Our goal is to make materials freely available to the academic, governmental, and professional communities, the news media, and the public.  To help us expand the audience for your presentation, we ask that you complete and sign the following “Consent”.  Dissemination will be in keeping with our educational mission.  Granting permission does not prevent you from continuing to use your presentation, or permitting others to use it.   1. I grant UCAR permission to videotape or otherwise record me and my presentation and to display and distribute the presentation via real-time webcast and in the future for UCAR’s non-commercial, non-profit, research, illustration and educational purposes, including posting a PDF of your presentation on a UCAR/CPAESS website.  UCAR may permit its sponsors and collaborators to display and distribute for those same limited purposes.
