Dr Robert Anderson

Current projects include research on the influence of iron and other factors on biological productivity and the carbon cycle; changes in ocean circulation and their impact on air-sea exchange of CO2; changes in global wind systems and their impact on ocean circulation and CO2; the biogeochemical cycles of 230Th and 231Pa with a view toward evaluating the reliability of sedimentary 231Pa/230Th ratios as a proxy for overturning ocean circulation.
