Description of scientific projects
Ongoing projects include understanding ENSO and its teleconnection rainfall over the Last 2000 years; African temperature change from the LGM to present; using water isotope retrievals from satellite data in combination with GCM simulations to improve parameterizations of atmospheric mixing; coral reef mortality in the Gulf of Mexico and mitigation using climate model simulations.
