POSTER GUIDELINES
The poster boards will be set up in either the Walnut Room or the the La Sala Room. Each poster board can accommodate 4 posters. The maximum poster size is 121,92 cm x 121,92 cm (48 in. x 48 in.). However, portrait-style posters will fit in the space allotted, hanging down past the bottom of the board by approximately 28 cm (11 in.). Poster presenters may put up their posters beginning Monday evening, 12 January 2015. Posters must be removed by the conclusion of the meeting on 15 January 2015. Push pins and tacks will be provided.
