POSTER GUIDELINES
The poster boards will be set up in Fountain IV Ballroom. Each poster board can accommodate 4 posters. The maximum poster size is 121,92 cm x 121,92 cm (48 in. x 48 in.). Portrait-style posters will fit in the space allotted, hanging down past the bottom of the board by approximately 28 cm (11 in.). Poster presenters may put up their posters beginning Monday afternoon, 13 June 2016. Posters must be removed by Wednesday evening, 15 June 2016. Push pins and tacks will be provided.
