Presentation Guidelines
Oral presenters
Please upload your presentation in the speaker ready room before the meeting starts every day and during breaks. Technicians will be available to assist. Powerpoint (saved as .ppt) files are preferred. PDFs will work.
Posters
Posters will be located in the lobby (Esperanza Beach Room) during the entire meeting. There will be dedicated poster sessions on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. The posters format should be A0 (about 3 by 4 feet), preferably portrait.

Forum
All presentations will be available through a forum during the full week and until the next OSTST in 2024. See presentations.
Venue
The 2023 OSTST meeting will be held at the beautiful San Juan Puerto RIco Convention Center, starting in the afternoon on Tuesday, Nov. 7 and ending on Saturday, Nov 11 at noon.
The Convention Center is a short 10 minute ride from the San Juan airport and to Old Town San Juan and many beaches.
Lodging
The Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel and Casino is the official conference hotel. We have a limited number of rooms blocked for our group at the rate of $279 per night ($259 + a $20 resort fee) for a single or a double ($140 per person if you share a room.) There are also some triple rooms available for a little higher rate. The Sheraton is right next door to the Convention Center and offers free shuttles to Old Town San Juan and to the beach area. This is also where the Tuesday evening mixer will be.
Rooms will fill quickly due to the large events happening just prior to and immediately following the OSTST.
Note: When you book through the link, the room charge will show a $35 resort fee, but you will only be charged $20.
