Boulder is at the base of the beautiful Rocky Mountains and offers stunning views of the famous Flatirons.  The Center Green campus is minutes from miles of hiking trails, Chautauqua, and the famous Pearl Street Mall.

Transportation to the Venue from Hotel

The RTD HOP is a great public bus service that will get you very close to the SwRI meeting venue from the Hilton Garden Inn.

The fare is $2.75 one way; day passes are not available.  Payment can be made with exact cash or 'tap to pay' with a card.  There is a stop just outside of the Hilton Garden Inn (28th & Canyon).  Use the Orange line.  This will drop you off at 14th and Walnut which is right by the meeting location.  Buses run every 12 minutes and the trip from the hotel to SwRI takes roughly 20–30 minutes.   It appears that the Purple line might be a shorter trip but because of Pearl Street Mall, it drops you off a few blocks further from SwRI.   Note that the bus schedule's 'timetable' only lists the major stops.  For the Orange route, folks should use '29th St Mall' as the closest location to determine pickup times. For the Purple route, use 'Folsom St & Arapahoe Ave'.

Cancellation Policy

Individual attendees may cancel their room reservations without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date. In the event attendees cancel their reservation within 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date, or otherwise fail to show up for their reservation, Hotel will charge the attendees one night’s guest room rate and tax.  Please call the hotel directly to cancel.
