Student Travel Support Requests due by Feb 22

Notification to students approved for support due by March 1

All other participants poster abstract submissions (students not applying for support & non-students) due by March 17

Hotel room block reservations deadline March 17

We will be selecting up to 100 posters for the in-person Poster Sessions. If you have been selected to present a poster, you will receive notice from the committee, along with an invitation and instructions the week of March 27 on how to submit your poster materials.

Lightning presenters will be notified by March 27

Lightning presenters 2 slide presentations need to be uploaded by Apr 10

Poster pdfs for online poster gallery need to be uploaded by Apr 10

Oral presentations, including lightning talks need to be uploaded by Apr 10

Banquet registration and payment due by Apr 12 (Note: any banquet reservation not paid in full by Wed, April 12 will be cancelled)
