February 17	Poster abstract deadline(for everyone other than students seeking support)
February 28	Notification of poster abstract acceptance and those (approximately 24) selected lightning talks during the oral sessions
March 5	Banquet RSVP's and payments due
March 5	In-person registration deadline
March 10	Poster PDF submission for online gallery due
March 10	Oral presentation uploads due including those who were selected for lightning presentations
March 12	Virtual registration deadline
