2026 Space Weather Workshop Poster Information

Abstracts for those not seeking Student Support can be submitted for a limited number of in-person poster presentations. 

All abstracts must be submitted by Sunday, March 22, 2026. Notification of acceptance will be sent out on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. A limited number of accepted abstracts will be chosen to present a lightning talk during the workshop. Notification of lightning talks will also be sent out on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.  We will also be hosting an online poster gallery where pdf's of selected abstracts will be available for online viewing.  

Please note that you will be responsible for printing and bringing your poster to the workshop. No printing will be available on site but there is a print shop near the venue; FedEx Office.  Maximum dimensions for posters are 4'x4'.
